biography
Steven Etienne comes from ‘down under’. Born in Melbourne, he trained as a dancer at the Australian Ballet School, following which he joined the Australian Ballet.
After a stopover in Sweden, where he danced with the Skånes Danstheater, he came to the Dutch National Ballet in 1996. He started out in the corps de ballet and became a second soloist in ten years’ time.
