VUITTON DONATES PHOTO SERIES TO RIJKSMUSEUM
Fashion house Louis Vuitton is donating the portrait series A Journey To Excellence, by Erwin Olaf, to the Rijksmuseum. Commissioned by Vuitton, Olaf made portraits of seven prominent Dutch people: Dick Bruna, Johan Cruijff, Paul Crutzen, Li Edelkoort, Janine Jansen, Joop van den Ende and Hans van Manen (resident choreographer with the Dutch National Ballet).

Louis Vuitton is donating the series to the Rijksmuseum as 'a tribute to the art and culture of Amsterdam. Whether in art, science or sport, or through their contribution to society, all these individuals have reached the absolute pinnacle of their field', said Louis Vuitton.
